1. Order Processing Time

  • Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

4. International Shipping

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Yan is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

5. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, unexpected delays can occur, particularly during high-demand periods like holidays. Please allow extra time during these periods.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Yan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

7. Address Errors

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur an additional shipping fee to reship the order.
  • If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at yanclothingbrand@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.
